研究目的：

Foley’s球囊和欣普贝生是目前临床上最常用的两种引产方式，但两者的母婴安全性不明。本研究采用随机对照方式比较两者在引产中的有效性和安全性，为国内外引产指南提供直接依据，特别是为中国足月单胎妊娠的孕妇提供更安全有效的引产方式选择。  

Objectives of Study：

With the increased frequency of use of the two methods for induction of labor and inconsistencies among existing studies, We plan a randomized study to compare the effectiveness and safety of Foley's catheter versus dinoprostone vaginal insert in induction of labor. This will support national and international guidelines on induction of labor.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.有引产指征
2.孕妇年龄≥18周岁
3.孕周≥37周
4.单胎妊娠
5.头位
6.胎膜完整
7.宫颈Bishop评分<6分

Inclusion criteria

1. Women scheduled for IOL;
2. Aged >= 18 years;
3. Gestational age >= 37 weeks;
4. Singleton gestation;
5. Cephalic presentation;
6. Intact membranes;
7. Bishop score < 6;
8. Informed consent.

排除标准：

1.存在阴道分娩禁忌症（包括前置胎盘）
2.既往有剖宫产史
3.胎死宫内
4.胎心监护不满意

Exclusion criteria：

1. Contraindications for vaginal delivery (including placenta previa);
2. Previous caesarean section;
3. Intrauterine fetal death;
4. Nonreassuring fetal heart tracing.
