通过分析缺血性脑卒中患者疾病不确定感现状及影响因素，帮助患者从自身角度出发，唤醒自我应对意识，使其积极面对疾病，以加速康复进程，减少患病过程中不确定感。  

Objectives of Study：

By analyzing the status quo and influencing factors of the disease uncertainty in patients with ischemic stroke, we can help patients wake up their self-coping consciousness from their own point of view and make them positively face the disease, so as to accelerate the recovery process and reduce the uncertainty in the process of disease

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合中华医学会神经病分会等编著的《中国急性缺血性脑卒中诊治指南2018》中诊断的急性缺血性脑卒中患者；
②意识清楚，无沟通障碍；
③病情稳定，有语言表达能力；
④患者知情同意并配合调查。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with acute ischemic stroke diagnosed in accordance with the Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic stroke 2018 compiled by Chinese neuropathy society;
2. Clear consciousness, no communication barriers;
3. The condition is stable, with language ability;
4. The patient gave informed consent and cooperated with the investigation.

排除标准：

①既往有认知障碍史，不能正确回答问题者；
②严重心、肝、肾功能不全、呼吸衰竭及恶性肿瘤；
③盲、聋、哑患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who have a history of cognitive impairment and cannot answer questions correctly;
2. Severe cardiac, hepatic and renal insufficiency respiratory failure and malignant tumor;
3. Blind deaf-mute patients
