自创体位辅助带对腰麻困难剖宫产病例的护理干预分析  

Objectives of Study：

Nursing intervention analysis of self-created postural assist belt in cases of caesarean section with lumbar anesthesia difficulty

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.产妇年龄20-40岁；
2.难以自主配合摆放体位，腰椎间隙不能打开，穿刺定位困难的过度肥胖孕妇；
3.在椎管内穿刺时因害怕体位压迫腹中胎儿而出现紧张及不配合的孕妇患者；
4.遇到穿刺部位传来的不适或子宫收缩时，自行改变体位的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Maternal age: 20-40 years old;
2. Overweight pregnant women who are difficult to independently coordinate the placement of body positions, unable to open the lumbar intervertebral space, and difficult to puncture and locate;
Pregnant women who are nervous and uncooperative during intraspinal puncture due to fear of postural compression of the fetus in the abdomen;
4. Patients who voluntarily change their posture when encountering discomfort from the puncture site or uterine contraction.

排除标准：

1.经麻醉师评定不能腰麻的产妇；
2.拒绝使用自创体位辅助带
3.产妇体重体型过重，超过辅助带调节范围

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant women who are assessed by anesthesiologists as unable to perform lumbar anesthesia;
2. Refuse to use self-created postural assist belts
3. The weight and body shape of the parturient are too heavy, exceeding the adjustment range of the auxiliary belt

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

由经受过训练的研究医师进行数据录入，采用CRF表进行，在信息收集过程中抽取5.0%比例样本复查，并进行一致性检验（Kappa检验法等）。在一份研究对象的资料收集完成后，由另一位主要研究医师仔细核查，对资料不足或错误之处加以弥补或纠正。对调查表的资料采用双重录入和逻辑核查可对数据录入进行质量控制。

The data is entered by trained research physicians, using the CRF form, and a 5.0% sample is drawn during the information collection process for re-examination, and the consistency test (Kappa test method, etc.) is performed. After the data collection of a research object is completed, another principal investigating physician will carefully check it to make up for or correct the lack of data or errors. Double entry and logical verification of the data in the questionnaire can control the quality of data entry.
