Objectives of Study：

To compare the analgesic effect and postoperative recovery of lumbar quadratus muscle block in the elderly after hip arthroplasty

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.因髋部骨折或股骨头坏死行择期接受髋关节置换手术的患者
2.年龄60-80周岁，BMI18-25
3.ASA分级I-Ⅲ级
4.能完全理解研究内容

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients with hip fracture or necrosis of femoral head undergoing elective hip replacement surgery
2.Age 60-80, BMI18-25
3.ASA classification I-Ⅲ
4.Can fully understand the research content

排除标准：

1.髋部手术史
2.阿片类药物或酒精滥用史
3.局麻药过敏
4.凝血功能异常
5.与医务人员沟通困难
6.中途自愿退出研究
7.穿刺部位附近感染
8.腰方肌阻滞禁忌证
9.慢性疼痛或者接受慢性疼痛治疗
10.术前合并心衰、呼吸功能严重降低、严重心律失常，控制不良的高血压病、糖尿病等基础疾病患者

Exclusion criteria：

1.History of hip surgery
2.History of opioid or alcohol abuse
3.Local anesthetic allergy
4.Abnormal coagulation function
5.Difficulty in communicating with medical staff
6.Voluntary withdrawal study
7.Infection near puncture site
8.Contraindication of quadratus lumborum block
9.Chronic pain or receiving treatment for chronic pain
10.Patients with underlying diseases such as heart failure, severely reduced respiratory function, severe arrhythmia,
poorly controlled hypertension and diabetes before surgery
