探讨火龙罐综合疗法对癌性腹胀的干预效果  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of Huo-Long Cupping therapy on cancerous abdominal distension

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①病理诊断为恶性肿瘤,合并癌性腹胀；
②85周岁≥年龄≥18周岁；
③预计生存期＞12周；
④自愿参与本研究

Inclusion criteria

① Pathological diagnosis was malignant tumor complicated with cancerous abdominal distension;
② 18~85 years old;
③ Predicted survival > 12 weeks;
④ Voluntary participation in the study.

排除标准：

①腹部皮肤破损溃烂的患者；
②需手术治疗的肠梗阻患者；
③合并有心、肾、肺、内分泌、血液、代谢及胃肠道严重原发病者；
④既往患有精神疾病或正在接受精神疾病治疗者；
⑤孕妇或哺乳期妇女；
⑥正在接受其他缓解腹癌性胀的研究干预。

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients with abdominal skin damage or ulceration;
② Patients with intestinal obstruction requiring surgical treatment;
③ Patients with severe primary disease of the heart, kidney, lung, endocrine, blood, metabolism, and gastrointestinal tract;
④ Patients who have suffered from mental illness or are receiving treatment for mental illness;
⑤ Pregnant or lactating women;
⑥ Patients who are receiving other research interventions to relieve abdominal cancer distension.
