研究目的：

（1）探索胸腺肿瘤淋巴结转移情况； （2）评估淋巴结转移对预后的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

（1）To study lymph node metastasis of thymic tumors; (2) To study lymph node metastasis effects on prognosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

a) 术前影像学及术中分期为T3-T4胸腺肿瘤；
b) 术中冰冻结果为B3/Ca/NETT的T1-T2期的胸腺肿瘤,术前影像学判断为进展期（UICC II-IV期）的胸腺肿瘤；
c) 外科手术根治性切除（R0切除）肿瘤，手术径路不限制于开放或微创手术，但必须行肿瘤及全胸腺切除。

Inclusion criteria

a）Preoperative imaging and intraoperative staging of T3-T4 thymic tumour;
b) T1-T2 thymic tumor with B3 / Ca / NETT frozen during operation and advanced stage (UICC stage II-IV) judged by preoperative imaging;
c) Tumour with surgical radical resection (R0 resection), The surgical approach is not limited to open or minimally invasive surgery, but tumour resection or thymectomhy must be done.

排除标准：

合并其他恶性肿瘤患者，除非其他恶性肿瘤已获治愈。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with other malignant tumors, unless other malignant tumors have been cured.
