研究目的：

基于深度学习技术，建立个体化的低蛋白血症患者白蛋白最佳摄入量及血浆白蛋白变化趋势的动态预测模型，以降低低蛋白血症对患者的不良影响，降低病死率。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on deep learning technology, we establish an individualized dynamic prediction model of optimal albumin intake and plasma albumin change trend in patients with hypoproteinemia to reduce the adverse effects of hypoproteinemia on patients and reduce the morbidity and mortality rate.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 经高级医师讨论需要输注白蛋白的重症及创伤患者；
2. 年龄大于18周岁的成年患者；
3. 创伤患者：ISS≥16分或AIS≥4分或GCS≤8分；
4. 入急诊重症监护室当日APACHE II评分≥12分。
*标准3、4满足一条即可

Inclusion criteria

1. critically ill and trauma patients who have been discussed by senior physicians as requiring albumin infusion.
2. adult patients older than 18 years of age.
3. trauma patients: ISS ≥ 16 or AIS ≥ 4 or GCS ≤ 8.
4. APACHE II score ≥ 12 on the day of admission to the emergency intensive care unit.
*Criteria 3 and 4 can satisfy one

排除标准：

1.Cachexia stage III
2.患者或家属拒绝输注白蛋白；
3.妊娠期或哺乳期女性；
4.在收集数据期间使用连续性肾脏替代治疗（CRRT）患者、超滤治疗患者、体外膜肺
合治疗患者（ECMO）；
5.参加其他临床试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Cachexia stage III
2. patient or family refusal of albumin infusion.
3. female patient during pregnancy or lactation.
4. patients on continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT), ultrafiltration therapy, extracorporeal membrane lung
combination therapy (ECMO) patients during data collection.
5. patients enrolled in other clinical trials.
