研究目的：

本研究通过随机对照试验分析2020年2月-2020年9月就诊于我院，行结肠镜检查且自愿参与本研究患者的临床资料，比较复方聚乙二醇电解质散不同肠道准备方式对肠道清洁效果及内镜息肉检出率的影响，以期探讨复方聚乙二醇电解质散最佳的口服方案，从而辅助临床，对实现高质量的结肠镜诊疗提供指导意见。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, we analyzed the clinical data of patients who went to our hospital from October 2019 to September 2020 for colonoscopy and voluntarily participated in the study, and compared the effects of different ways of preparation of PEG on intestinal cleaning effect and detection rate of endoscopic polyps, in order to explore the best oral regimen of PEG, so as to assist clinical practice and provide guidance for achieving high-quality colonoscopy diagnosis and treatment See.

纳入标准：

选取2020年2月-2020年9月，于我院行结肠镜检查的患者；年龄＞18 岁；自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

Patients who underwent colonoscopy in our hospital from February 2020 to September 2020 were selected; Aged > 18 years; Voluntary participation in the study.

排除标准：

消化道梗阻或穿孔，肠梗阻或胃潴留；重度活动期炎症性肠病或中毒性巨结肠；意识障碍；对其中的药物成分过敏；无法自主吞咽（这种情况下鼻饲胃管可能有用）;回肠造口术后。排除标准参照：中国消化内镜诊疗相关肠道准备指南（2019，上海）。

Exclusion criteria：

Obstruction or perforation of the digestive tract, intestinal obstruction or gastric retention; Severe active inflammatory bowel disease or toxic megacolon; Consciousness disorder; Allergic to the drug;Inability to swallow autonomously (in which case a nasogastric tube may be useful); After ileostomy.
