探寻新的脂肪因子在血压调节与胰岛素抵抗中的作用，为高血压与多囊卵巢综合征的防治提供新思路与策略。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the role of adipokines in blood pressure regulation and insulin resistance, and to provide new ideas and strategies for the prevention and treatment of hypertension and polycystic ovary syndrome.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

实验研究方案： 1.收集健康体检者及高血压患者、PCOS患者静脉血液，离心后通过ELISA测定血浆中血小板反应蛋白2表达水平，完成身高、体重、人体成分分析、血压测量、三大常规、肝肾功、血糖、血脂、胰岛素等检验检查。 2.其中，留取部分高血压患者及其同龄对照晨尿（尿常规多余尿液）检测尿钠。 3.其中，PCOS患者根据病情完善OGTT、OGIRT，并留取剩余对应时间点的血浆检测血小板反应蛋2。 4.对于部分PCOS患者完成性激素、甲功、妇科超声等测定。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Experimental research Protocol: 1.Venous blood was collected from healthy subjects, hypertensive patients and PCOS patients, and the expression level of thrombospondin 2 in plasma was measured by ELISA after centrifugation. Height, weight, body composition analysis, blood pressure measurement, three routine tests, liver and kidney function, blood glucose, blood lipid, and insulin were tested. 2.Morning urine samples were collected from some hypertensive patients and age-matched controls to detect urinary sodium. 3.OGTT and OGIRT were completed in PCOS patients according to their conditions, and the remaining plasma at corresponding time points was collected to detect thrombospondin 2. 4.Sex hormones, thyroid function and gynecological ultrasound were measured in some PCOS patients. 

纳入标准：

入组标准
①按照《中国成人高血压防治指南（2018年版）》初次确诊为原发性高血压的患者；
②未曾服用高血压药物，近3月未服用影响血压的药物（如口服避孕药等）；
③18 至 79 岁之间；
④患者能够理解知情同意书内容，心理健康，沟通无障碍；

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria

① Patients diagnosed with essential hypertension for the first time according to the Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension in Chinese Adults (2018 Edition);

② Have not taken hypertension drugs, have not taken drugs affecting blood pressure in the last 3 months (such as oral contraceptives, etc.);

③ Between the ages of 18 and 79;

④Patients can understand the content of informed consent, mental health, communication barrier-free;

排除标准：

1.继发性高血压患者、糖尿病患者排除；
2.患有心血管系统、呼吸系统、泌尿深知系统、神经系统、骨与运动系统、血液及免疫系统、内分泌系统、眼耳鼻喉等严重急性疾病及慢性疾病患者；
3.不宜入组的感染性疾病，传染性疾病患者；
4.孕妇或备孕者等。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with secondary hypertension and diabetes mellitus were excluded;
2. Patients with severe acute and chronic diseases such as cardiovascular system, respiratory system, urinary system, nervous system, bone and motor system, blood and immune system, endocrine system, eye, ear, nose and throat;
3. Patients with infectious diseases or infectious diseases who are not suitable for enrollment;
4. Pregnant women or those preparing for pregnancy.
