研究目的：

评价在符文彬教授“疏肝调神”理论指导下的针刺结合皮内针治疗轻度抑郁障碍的有效性及安全性，形成可推广的针灸抗抑郁疗法方案；客观化度量该方案的临床疗效与认知加工模式之间的关系，对以“疏肝调神”为指导思想的针刺结合皮内针疗法治疗抑郁障碍的认知神经机制进行探讨。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of acupuncture combined with intradermal acupuncture in the treatment of mild depressive disorder under the guidance of Professor Fu Wenbin's theory of "soothing the liver and regulating the mind", so as to form an antidepressant therapy program of acupuncture and moxibustion that can be popularized. Objectification measures the relationship between clinical efficacy and cognitive processing mode, and probes into the cognitive neural mechanism of acupuncture combined with intradermal acupuncture in the treatment of depressive disorder under the guidance of "soothing the liver and regulating the mind".

纳入标准：

①符合 ICD-10、DSM-V 抑郁发作诊断标准、《中华人民共和国中医药行业标准》（ZY/T001.1-94）中“郁病”诊断标准;
②年龄 18～65 岁，初中（含）及以上学历；
③初筛 PHQ-9 量表评分＞5 分；经由心理睡眠科医生访谈评估 17 项汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD-17）评分≥8 分、且＜17 分；
④右利手；
⑤签署知情同意书，自愿参加本项研究者。
同时符合以上 5 项者方可纳入研究。

Inclusion criteria

① Meet the diagnostic criteria of depressive episode in ICD-10, DSM-V, and the diagnostic criteria of "depression disease" in ZY/T001.1-94;
②Age 18 ~ 65 years old, junior high school education or above;
③ The PHQ-9 scale score in the initial screening was > 5 points; 17 Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-17) scores ≥8 points and < 17 points were evaluated by interviews with psychopharmacologists.
④ right-handed;
⑤ Sign the informed consent and volunteer to participate in this study.
Those who meet the above five criteria can be included in the study.

排除标准：

①有自杀倾向者；
②既往诊断有智能障碍、精神分裂症、躁郁症、物质滥用（如：酒精依赖）或其他精神障碍类疾病；
③癫痫发作史或强阳性癫痫家族史、脑器质性疾病及严重躯体疾病史者；
④6 周内（含 6 周）正在服用抗抑郁药物者；
⑤妊娠、备孕或哺乳期；
⑥合并有皮损或皮肤病、严重糖尿病、肿瘤及重要脏器功能不全或严重肝、肾、心血管、内分泌、呼吸系统和造血系统等内科疾病者；
⑦其他中枢或周围神经病变患者；
⑧经颅多普勒超声不能获得稳定脑血流速度包络线或未探及监测血管的受试者。
凡符合以上任意一项者予以排除研究。

Exclusion criteria：

① people with suicidal tendencies;
② Previous diagnoses of mental disorders, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, substance abuse (such as alcohol dependence) or other mental disorders;
③Epileptic seizure history or strong positive family history of epilepsy, organic brain disease and serious physical disease;
④ Patients taking antidepressants within 6 weeks (including 6 weeks);
⑤Pregnancy, preparation for pregnancy or lactation;
⑥Patients with skin lesions or skin diseases, severe diabetes, tumors and major organ insufficiency or serious internal diseases of liver, kidney, cardiovascular, endocrine, respiratory and hematopoietic systems;
⑦ Patients with other central or peripheral neuropathy;
Subjects who cannot obtain stable cerebral blood flow velocity envelope by transcranial Doppler ultrasound or who have not explored and monitored blood vessels.
Anyone meeting any of the above criteria will be excluded from the study.
