研究目的：

（1）构建适合MM患者居家运动方案 （2）评价居家运动方案在我国MM患者居家康复期的应用效果  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Constructing a suitable home exercise program for MM patients (2) To evaluate the effectiveness of the home exercise program in the home rehabilitation period of MM patients in China

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①临床诊断为多发性骨髓瘤，DSⅠ、Ⅱ期（血红蛋白≥85g/L、血清钙≤2.65mmol/L、骨骼检查溶骨性病变≤3处、血清或尿骨髓瘤蛋白产生率低的患者）；
②年龄≥18 周岁，≤75 周岁；
③ECOG评分为 0~2 分；
④与伴侣或家人同住的患者；
⑤语言表达和理解能力良好；
⑥知晓自身病情，同意参加本次研究。

Inclusion criteria

① Clinical diagnosis of multiple myeloma, DS stage I II (patients with hemoglobin ≥ 85 g/L, serum calcium ≤ 2.65 mmol/L, osteolytic lesions ≤ 3 on skeletal examination, and low serum or urine myeloma protein production).
② Age ≥ 18 years and ≤ 75 years.
③ ECOG score of 0 to 2.
④ Patients living with a partner or family member.
⑤ Good language expression and comprehension.
⑥ Knowing their condition and agreeing to participate in this study.

排除标准：

①存在运动、沟通、意识障碍的患者；
②存在脊髓压迫、不稳定骨折、静脉血栓高风险、严重周围神经病变和或有其他严重威胁生命的患者；
③有严重的躯体或心理疾病，导致无法配合的患者；
④新发的骨/背/颈疼痛患者；
⑤独居患者；
⑥不同意签订知情同意书者。

Exclusion criteria：

(i) Patients with motor, communication, or consciousness impairments.
② Patients with spinal cord compression, unstable fractures, high risk of venous thrombosis, severe peripheral neuropathy and or other serious life-threatening conditions.
③ Patients with severe physical or psychological disorders that make cooperation impossible.
④ Patients with new onset of bone/back/neck pain.
⑤ Patients who live alone.
⑥ Those who do not agree to sign the informed consent form.

本研究采用非同期对照分组设计，将2022年12月至2023年5月入院的35例MM患者纳入对照组，2023年6月到2023年12月入住的MM患者纳入干预组。

In this study, a non-contemporaneous controlled group design was used to include 35 patients with MM admitted from December 2022 to May 2023 in the control group and those admitted from June 2023 to December 2023 in the intervention group.
