研究目的：

评价经支气管镜雾化给药技术用于电子支气管镜检查中局部麻醉的安全性和可行性，并探索其相较于直接喷洒利多卡因于声门、气管、左/右主支气管的麻醉方式的效果改善。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to evaluate the safety and feasibility of bronchoscopic spray nebulization administration for local anesthesia during bronchoscopy, and explore the effectiveness compared to direct spray of lidocaine into the glottis, trachea, and left/ right main bronchi.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.男女不限，年龄≥18岁；
2.需接受在局部麻醉下行支气管镜检查及支气管肺泡灌洗术者；
3.自愿参加本试验并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Male and female, age ≥18 years old
2.Patients who need bronchoscopy or bronchoalveolar lavage under local anesthesia;
3.Patients who participate in the study voluntarily and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.支气管镜检查禁忌证：1）既往1个月内心肌梗死；2）活动性大咯血；3）凝血功能障碍；4）妊娠；5）恶性心率失常、严重心功能不全、全身极度衰竭等。
2.已知对利多卡因过敏；
3.无法阅读文字或理解普通话，或无法理解并进行研究相关评分；
4.研究者认为患者存在其他不适合入组本研究的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Contraindications of bronchoscopy:1)myocardial infarction within 1 month;2)active massive hemoptysis;3)coagulation dysfunction;4)pregnancy;5)malignant arrhythmia, severe cardiac insufficiency, systemic failure, etc.
2.Known to be allergic to lidocaine
3.Unable to read or understand Mandarin, or unable to understand and complete questionnaires in the study;
Conditions where investigators assessed the patient as ineligible for inclusion in the study.
