研究目的：

（1）探究关节镜下MPFC重建与传统MPFL重建治疗复发性髌骨脱位的疗效差异； （2）探索解剖学危险因素对MPFC重建疗效的潜在影响。  

Objectives of Study：

The primary aim of this randomized controlled trial is to determine the differences in clinical and radiographic outcomes between MPFC reconstruction and double-bundle MPFL reconstruction for recurrent patellar dislocation. Moreover, we focus on investigating the influence of predisposing instability factors on clinical outcomes and whether the MPFC reconstruction results in superior efficacy in certain group.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 髌骨脱位≥2次；
2. 骨骺完全闭合；
3. 患者同意参加此队列研究且签署知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. A history of at least twice patellar dislocation events.
2. Skeletal maturity.
3. Willingness to voluntarily participate in the cohort study and to sign informed consent.

排除标准：

1. 同侧膝关节既往手术史；
2. 同侧膝关节合并其他韧带损伤或髌骨撕脱骨折；
3. 对侧膝关节存在未处理的髌骨脱位或髌股关节不稳定症状；
4. 膝外翻或内翻畸形＞5度；
5. 结合临床及影像学诊断膝关节骨性关节炎；
6. 合并系统性疾病影响结局指标评估者；
7. 未按要求完成康复训练计划;
8. 因医学原因不适宜进行手术或影像学检查；
9. 妊娠、计划妊娠或哺乳期女性。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Ipsilateral previous surgery for patellar instability.
2. Concomitant knee ligament injury or patellar revulsion fracture requiring surgical treatment.
3. Contralateral patellar instability without medical management.
4. Varus or valgus deformity of the knee of more than 5 degrees.
5. Clinical or radiographic evidence of early knee osteoarthritis .
6. Concomitant systemic diseases that affect the assessment of knee function and sports level.
7. Failure to complete the rehabilitation protocol as required.
8. Patient medically not fit for surgery, radiographs or MRI.
9. For women, pregnant, planning to be pregnant or lactating.
