研究目的：

利用共聚焦显微镜观察2型糖尿病患者睑板腺形态变化与角膜神经变化，分析睑板腺功能障碍与角膜神经退行的相关性，为临床诊断和治疗提供理论依据  

Objectives of Study：

Confocal microscopy was used to observe the morphological changes of Meibomian gland and the changes of corneal nerve in type 2 diabetic patients, and then to analyze the correlation between them, so as to provide theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 临床诊断2型糖尿病 2. 年龄＞18岁 3. 角膜透明 4. 共焦显微镜显示角膜神经密度下降 5. 角膜敏感性有或无降低

Inclusion criteria

1. Clinical diagnosis of type 2 diabetes 2. Age > 18. 3.clear cornea 4. confocal microscopy showed a decrease in corneal nerve density of 5. Decreased corneal sensitivity with or without reduction

排除标准：

1. 合并角膜病变2.合并青光眼且眼压控制欠佳3.长期佩戴角膜接触镜4.角膜外伤5角膜屈光手术史6.长期使用滴眼液和眼膏7.自身免疫性疾病8.既往颅脑神经损伤术后

Exclusion criteria：

1. Complications of corneal disease (bacterial, Fungal, stromal scar, or corneal transplant)2. Complicated with Glaucoma and poor intraocular pressure control. 3. Wear contact lenses for long periods of time. 4. History of ocular trauma 5. History of corneal refractive surgery 6. Long-term use of eye drops or ointment 7. History of autoimmune diseases (such as Sj?grens syndrome, Rheumatoid Arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, etc.)8. Clinical diagnosis of Diabetes 9. After previous surgery for cranial nerve injury
