研究目的：

构建OSA患者的面颈部识别系统，结合人体学参数、连续血氧监测及鼾声监测，建立睡眠呼吸障碍的初筛评估模型。  

Objectives of Study：

To establish the face and neck recognition system of OSA patients. Combined with anthropological parameters, continuous oxygen monitoring and snoring monitoring, the initial screening evaluation model of sleep disordered breathing was established.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1） 高中或以上学历；
（2） 18-65岁OSA成年男性(AHI≧5次/小时) ；
（3） BMI<32kg/m2；
（4） 无OSAS治疗史；
（5） 无视觉障碍(视力正常或矫正至正常) ；
（6） 右撇子；

Inclusion criteria

(1) High school degree or above;

(2) OSA adult males aged 18-65 years (AHI ≥ 5 times/hour);

(3) BMI<32kg/m2;

(4) No history of OSAS treatment;

(5) No visual impairment (normal vision or corrected to normal vision);

(6) Right-handed people;

排除标准：

（1） 合并痴呆、脑血管疾病、脑外伤史、慢性呼吸道疾病；
（2） 合并有其他原发性睡眠疾患；
（3） 合并精神疾患（包括抑郁、焦虑、酗酒和其他药物成瘾）；
（4） 合并其他严重的系统器官疾患且其非OSA的合并症如肿瘤；
（5） OSA患者曾行手术及药物治疗者；
（6） 常规使用精神系统、抗焦虑抑郁药物或可导致睡眠结构紊乱的药物;
（7） 非OSA导致的白天嗜睡；
（8） 合并先天性或获得性颅面部畸形疾病如Crouzon, Apert, Treacher-Collins、Robin sequence、唐氏等综合症；
（9） 曾行颅面部手术（包括正畸手术、整形手术、牙齿矫正）。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Dementia, cerebrovascular disease, history of brain trauma, chronic respiratory disease;

(2) complicated with other primary sleep disorders;

(3) co-existing mental disorders (including depression, anxiety, alcoholism and other drug addictions);

(4) Other serious systemic and organ diseases with non-OSA comorbidities such as tumors;

(5) OSA patients who had undergone surgery and drug therapy;

(6) Routine use of psychiatric system, anti-anxiety and depression drugs or drugs that can cause sleep structure disorders;

(7) non-OSA induced daytime sleepiness;

(8) Associated with congenital or acquired craniofacial malformations such as Crouzon, Apert, Treacher-Collins, Robin sequence, Down syndrome, etc.;

(9) Performed craniofacial surgery (including orthodontic surgery, plastic surgery, orthodontics).
