研究目的：

证明术前右美托咪定喷鼻能够缓解失眠症患者围术期不良睡眠  

Objectives of Study：

It is proved that the preoperative dexmedetomidine nasal spray can relieve the perioperative bad sleep

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）年龄18-64岁
2）符合国际睡眠疾病分类第三版（ICSD—3）中失眠症诊断标准；
3）近期（近两周）无上呼吸道感染症状；
4）能够配合各项评分量表的评估。

Inclusion criteria

1）Age 18-64
2) Conform to the diagnostic criteria for insomnia in the third edition of the International Classification of Sleep Disorders (ICSD-3);
3) No symptoms of upper respiratory tract infection in the recent two weeks;
4) Be able to cooperate with the evaluation of various scoring scales.

排除标准：

1）躯体疾病或精神障碍症状导致的继发性失眠；
2）合并严重的重要脏器功能疾病（如：心脑肝肾）；
3）拒绝或对右美托咪定过敏不耐受的人群；
4）有鼻腔疾病病史者；
5）长期服用催眠药物史（近1月）；
6）怀孕、哺乳期妇女；
7）合并病窦综合征、严重心动过缓（<50次/分）或二度以上房室传导阻滞。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Secondary insomnia caused by physical diseases or mental disorders;
2) Complicated with serious functional diseases of important organs (such as heart, brain, liver and kidney);
3) People who refuse or are allergic to dexmedetomidine;
4) Have a history of nasal diseases;
5)Long term history of taking hypnotic drugs (nearly 1 month);
6）Pregnant and lactating women
7) Complicated with sick sinus syndrome, severe bradycardia (<50 beats/minute) or more than two degrees of atrioventricular block.
