研究目的：

制定胃癌术后早期经口喂养的标准操作流程，减轻胃癌手术患者营养相关性并发症，促进患者快速康复。  

Objectives of Study：

Develop a standard operating procedure for early oral feeding after gastric cancer surgery to reduce nutrition-related complications in gastric cancer surgery patients and promote rapid rehabilitation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①接受胃癌胃切除手术或胃-空肠短路手术的患者；
②术前能自由走动；
③年龄≥18岁；
④术后意识清醒，生命体征稳定；
⑤签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Patients undergoing gastrectomy or gastro-jejunal short-circuit surgery for gastric cancer.
② Able to walk freely prior to surgery.
③ Age ≥ 18 years.
④ Consciousness with stable vital signs after surgery.
⑤ Signed informed consent form.

排除标准：

①术前存在严重胃肠动力障碍，合并梗阻者；
②严重营养不良者或白蛋白≤30g/L；
③术后消化道吻合口瘘；
④术后严重腹腔感染致腹内压增高者；
⑤术后肠梗阻；
⑥肠道合并有缺血性疾病，术中、术后出现严重麻醉意外等并发症；
⑦合并其他疾患不能经口进食者。

Exclusion criteria：

① With severe preoperative gastrointestinal motility disorders and combined obstruction;
② With severe malnutrition or albumin ≤ 30 g/L;
③ Postoperative gastrointestinal anastomotic fistula;
④ With severe postoperative abdominal infection resulting in increased intra-abdominal pressure;
⑤ Postoperative intestinal obstruction;
⑥ Ischemic bowel disease,and intraoperative and postoperative complications such as serious anaesthetic accidents;
⑦ Combined with other disorders that prevent the patient from oral feeding.
