Objectives of Study：

To explore the role and mechanism of epicardial adipose tissue in fibrosis and inflammation progress of atrial fibrillation

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

房颤组：行二尖瓣瓣膜置换或瓣膜修补手术的持续性房颤患者
窦律组：行二尖瓣瓣膜置换或瓣膜修补手术的窦性心律患者
年龄：18-70岁；

Inclusion criteria

AF group: Patients with persistent atrial fibrillation who underwent mitral valve replacement or valve repairment
SR group: patients with sinus rhythm who underwent mitral valve replacement or valve repairment
Age: 18-70 years old

排除标准：

1、恶性肿瘤患者；
2、阵发性房颤患者；
3、罹患其他类型心血管疾病；
4、预期寿命小于1年；
5、妊娠；
6、年龄小于18岁；
7、严重肝肾功能不全；
8、甲状腺疾病；
9、不愿意接受试验，拒绝签署知情同意书

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with malignant tumors;
2. Patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation;
3. Suffer from other types of cardiovascular disease;
4. Life expectancy is less than 1 year;
5, pregnancy;
6. Under 18 years old;
7. Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency;
8. Thyroid diseases;
9. Unwilling to accept the test and refuse to sign the informed consent

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集采用陆军军医大学第二附属医院住院病人管理系统及手术病人管理系统，将临床收集的病例转为病例报告表，报告表的纸质版和实验记录放于第二附属医院心血管内科实验室保管；实验室专人对患者临床资料病例报告表的电子版和纸质版及实验记录进行归档、管理。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data were collected and registered by the inpatient management system and surgical patient management system of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Army Military Medical University. Clinical cases were converted into case report forms, and paper versions of the report forms and experimental records were placed in the Laboratory of Cardiovascular Medicine of the Second Affiliated Hospital for safekeeping. Special personnel in the laboratory will archive and manage the electronic and paper versions of patient clinical data case report forms and experimental records
