研究目的：

本研究拟比较肩胛上神经及腋神经(SSN+AN)不同模式（高电压长时程和普通）脉冲射频的疗效及安全性,探讨其对肩痛患者的疼痛缓解及肩关节功能改善作用, 为肩部疼痛性疾病治疗探索新的和有效的治疗方法，并为制定肩痛治疗的合理科学的临床路径提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to compare the efficacy and safety of different modes (high-voltage long-term and ordinary) of scapular nerve and axillary nerve (SSN+AN) pulse radiofrequency, to explore its effect on pain relief and shoulder joint function improvement in patients with shoulder pain, and to explore new and effective treatment methods for the treatment of shoulder pain diseases. It also provides a basis for the formulation of rational and scientific clinical pathways for shoulder pain treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①≥18周岁。
②于浙江大学医学院附属邵逸夫医院就诊的肩痛（肩袖损伤、粘连性肩关节囊炎、盂肱关节骨关节炎、肩峰撞击综合征等）患者。

Inclusion criteria

①≥18 years old.
② Patients with shoulder pain (rotator cuff injury, adhesive shoulder bursitis, glenohumeral joint osteoarthritis, acromial impingment syndrome, etc.) admitted to Run Run Shaw Hospital Affiliated to Zhejiang University School of Medicine.

排除标准：

①有其它慢性疼痛和精神疾病史。
②植入心脏起搏器及局麻药过敏史。
③严重肝肾功能不全，心肺功能差。
④全身或患侧肩部感染。
⑤中风、糖尿病史及恶性肿瘤病史。
⑥血小板及凝血功能障碍。
⑦弱势群体，包括精神疾病者、认知损伤者、危重患者、未成年人、孕妇、文盲等。

Exclusion criteria：

① History of other chronic pain and mental illness.
② Cardiac pacemaker implantation and local anesthetic allergy history.
③ Severe liver and kidney insufficiency, poor cardiopulmonary function.
④ Systemic or affected shoulder infection.
⑤ History of stroke, diabetes and malignant tumor.
⑥ Platelet and coagulation dysfunction.
⑦ Vulnerable groups, including mental illness, cognitive impairment, critically ill patients, minors, pregnant women, illiterates, etc.
