通过单中心的回顾性研究探究术中使用右美托咪定是否能降低小儿非心脏手术的术后急性肾功能损伤的发生率。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate whether intraoperative administration of dexmedetomidine can reduce the incidence of postoperative acute renal injury in children undergoing noncardiac surgery by a single-center retrospective study.

纳入标准：

2019年1月至2021年7月 所有非心脏手术的小儿患者

Inclusion criteria

All pediatric patients undergoing non-cardiac surgery from January 2019 to July 2021 were enrolled

排除标准：

术前肾功能障碍患者；术前透析或肾移植的患者；术前肌酐及术后7天内肌酐值缺失

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with preoperative renal dysfunction; Patients undergoing dialysis or renal transplantation before surgery; Creatinine values were missing before surgery and within 7 days after surgery
