研究目的：

心血管疾病已成为严重威胁我国居民健康的重大公共卫生问题。由于人类健康或疾病状态是由遗传因素与环境因素相互复杂作用的结果,机体损伤反应不仅与暴露于环境有害因素的程度有关,同时还与遗传易感性或耐受性有着密切联系,即存在环境与基因交互作用,探讨基因与暴露的相互关系已经成为目前环境与健康领域发展的方向之一。本研究选取急性心肌梗死患者和健康人群两组受试对象的心肺功能性指标及生物样品中的生化指标，旨在定量评估空气污染物暴露与关键心肺系统健康指标之间的关联以及与遗传因素的交互作用，并探索空气污染物的相关健康损伤机制。  

Objectives of Study：

Cardiovascular disease has become a major public health problem that seriously threatens the health of Chinese residents. Because human health or disease status is the result of the complex interaction between genetic factors and environmental factors, the body damage response is not only related to the degree of exposure to environmental harmful factors, but also has a close relationship with genetic susceptibility or tolerance, that is, there is the interaction between environment and gene, and exploring the relationship between gene and exposure has become one of the development directions in the field of environment and health. This study selected the cardiorespiratory functional indicators and biochemical indicators in biological samples of two groups of subjects, patients with acute myocardial infarction and healthy people, in order to quantitatively evaluate the relationship between air pollutant exposure and key cardiorespiratory system health indicators and the interaction with genetic factors, and explore the health damage mechanism related to air pollutants.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①首次确诊为急性心肌梗死，符合2016年《急性冠脉综合征急诊快速诊疗指南》中急性心肌梗死的诊断标准；
②年龄≥18岁，CCU住院时间≥48h；
③无言语交流障碍；
④自愿参加本次调查。

Inclusion criteria

① first diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction, meeting the diagnostic criteria for acute myocardial infarction in the 2016 Emergency Rapid Care Guidelines for Acute Coronary Syndromes;
② age ≥ 18 years and CCU stay ≥ 48 h;
③ no verbal communication impairment;
④ voluntary participation in this survey.

排除标准：

①住院期间出现严重的并发症；
②精神或认知功能障碍；
③预期寿命<1年；
④患者未达到出院标准而转院治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

① serious complications during hospitalization;
② mental or cognitive dysfunction;
③ life expectancy <1 year;
④ patients not meeting discharge criteria and transferred to hospital.
