研究目的：

通过统计学方法比较机器人辅助经口腔前庭三孔腔镜甲状腺手术和传统经口腔前庭腔镜甲状腺手术相关临床数据的差异，明确机器人辅助经口腔前庭三孔腔镜甲状腺手术的可行性、长期结果、肿瘤安全性以及对患者生活质量的提高，为腔镜甲状腺手术的临床应用提供一个可靠的依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Statistical methods were used to compare the clinical data related to robot-assisted transvestibular three-hole endoscopic thyroid surgery and traditional transvestibular thyroid surgery, so as to determine the feasibility, long-term outcome, tumor safety and improvement of patients' quality of life. To provide a reliable basis for the clinical application of endoscopic thyroid surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)年满18岁；(2)良性肿瘤最大直径＜6cm；(3) 恶性肿瘤最大直径＜4cm；(4)无甲状旁腺相关疾病的患者；(5)术前喉镜检查未见异常者；(6)了解本研究内容，且签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) have reached the age of 18; (2) The maximum diameter of benign tumor was less than 6cm; (3) The maximum diameter of malignant tumor was less than 4cm; (4) Patients without parathyroid-related diseases; (5) No abnormalities were found in preoperative laryngoscopy; (6) Understand the research content and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

(1)妊娠或哺乳期女性；(2)有过颈部手术或放疗史；(3)患者不适合进行手术；(4)甲状腺功能亢进或衰退；(5)腔镜手术中转开放；(6)肿瘤侵犯毗邻结构如气管、食管或组织粘连严重；(7)术中发现喉返神经解剖异常，如喉不返等；(8) 颈侧区淋巴结转移或远处转移；(9)患者失访；(10)患者坚持退出试验。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Pregnant or lactating women; (2) Have a history of neck surgery or radiotherapy; (3) The patient is not suitable for surgery; (4) hyperthyroidism or depression; (5) transopening during endoscopic surgery; (6) Tumor invasion of adjacent structures such as trachea, esophagus or tissue adhesion serious; (7) Anatomical abnormalities of recurrent laryngeal nerve, such as non-recurrent larynx, were found during the operation; (8) cervical lymph node metastasis or distant metastasis; (9) Patients lost to follow-up; (10) Patients persisted in withdrawing from the trial.
