研究目的：

1.早期食管癌内镜图片数量和质量，建立规范化、结构化早期食管癌数据库 2.人工智能深度学习模拟早期食管癌诊断流程核心算法构建及优化，推算出最优诊断结论 3.早期食管癌人工智能辅助诊断系统对于食管癌病变边界的判定，从而为后续的切除病变治疗方案的选择及预后评估奠定坚实的基础。  

Objectives of Study：

1. The quantity and quality of endoscopic images of early esophageal cancer, and the establishment of standardized and structured database of early esophageal cancer 2. Artificial intelligence deep learning simulation early esophageal cancer diagnosis process core algorithm construction and optimization, calculate the optimal diagnosis conclusion 3. The AI aided diagnosis system of early esophageal cancer can determine the lesion boundary of esophageal cancer, so as to lay a solid foundation for the follow-up treatment options and prognosis evaluation.

纳入标准：

纳入标准：年龄介于18-80岁之间
实验组：通过内镜发现，病理确诊的早期食管癌患者
对照组：
（1）行胃镜检查，未发现消化道肿瘤
（2）食管未见明显病变

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: People between 18 and 80 years old
Experimental group: Patients with early esophageal cancer diagnosed by endoscopy and pathology
Control group:
(1) Gastroscopy showed no gastrointestinal tumor;
(2) No obvious lesion was found in the esophagus.

排除标准：

排除标准：
1.目前正在使用抗血小板药物、抗凝药物，不适宜进行内镜下活检患者；
2.有食管狭窄、梗阻、穿孔或者食管部分切除患者；
3.对碘液过敏患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria:
1.At present, antiplatelet drugs and anticoagulants are being used, so it is not suitable for endoscopic biopsy;
2. Patients with esophageal stenosis, obstruction, perforation or partial esophagectomy;
3. Patients allergic to iodine solution.

WHO standards: Early esophageal cancer means that the depth of cancer invasion is in the mucosa and submucosa, and there is no lymph node metastasis. Digestive endoscopy doctor's diagnosis: the three-level doctor reviews and diagnoses the disease.
