研究目的：

主要目的：基于EOS观察魏氏二步七法治疗腰突症患者治疗前后脊柱-骨盆矢状位参数与椎体位移变化，分析脊柱-骨盆矢状位参数与椎体位移变化相关性。 次要目的：揭示魏氏手法治疗腰突症的影像学效应机制，并为临床医生手法治疗腰突症临床评估提供新的影像学工具。  

Objectives of Study：

Main Objective: Based on EOS, to observe the changes of spinal - pelvic sagittal position parameters and vertebral position shifts in LDH patients before and after treatment with Weis two-step and seven method, and to analyze the correlation between spinal - pelvic sagittal position parameters and vertebral position shifts. Secondary objective: To reveal the mechanism of imaging effect of Wei's manipulation in the treatment of LDH, and to provide a new imaging tool for clinical evaluation of manipulative treatment of LDH.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）符合腰突症诊断标准；
2）年龄18-50周岁；
3）反复腰痛不低于1个月且不大于3个月；
4）目前未接受其他任何治疗方案，自愿参加本研究并签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for lumbago;
2) Aged 18-50;
3) Recurrent low back pain for no less than 1 month and no more than 3 months;
4) Participants who have not received any other treatment plan, voluntarily participated in this study and signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

1）不符合上述诊断标准和纳入标准者；
2）患有脊柱先天性畸形、脊柱骨折、脱位、脊柱结核、脊柱肿瘤、脊髓肿瘤、骨质疏松等脊柱骨质病变；
3）患有肾结石等可致腰痛的内脏疾病者；
4）处于妊娠期及哺乳期的妇女；
5）合并有心血管、脑血管、肝、肾等严重原发性疾病，及精神病患者；
6）局部外伤处于急性期或局部皮肤破损者；
7）不能按规定时间参与试验者；
8）研究者认为不宜参加试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Those who do not meet the above diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria;
2) Patients with spinal congenital deformity, spinal fracture, dislocation, spinal tuberculosis, spinal tumor, spinal tumor, osteoporosis and other spinal osteopathy;
3) Patients with visceral diseases such as kidney stones that can cause lumbago;
4) Pregnant and lactating women;
5) Patients with cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and other serious primary diseases, as well as mental patients;
6) Local trauma in the acute stage or local skin damage;
7) Participants who cannot participate in the experiment according to the specified time;
8) Participants considered unsuitable by the researchers.
