研究目的：

1.主要目的 ：本课题旨在研究睫状肌、虹膜等眼前节解剖因素与有晶状体眼后房型人工晶状体植入（ICL）术后拱高的相关性； 2.次要目的：明确ICL术后拱高的相关指标，有助于术后拱高的预判，从理论上完善有晶体眼人工晶体植入术的设计体系； 3.探索性目的：有助于指导患者实施针对性的ICL设计方案，指导精准手术方案。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main purpose: The purpose of this study is to study the association between the anterior segment anatomy factors such as ciliary muscle and iris and the vault after implantation collamer lense; 2. Secondary purpose: to clarify the relevant indicators of vault after ICL, to help predict the postoperative arch height, and to theoretically improve the design system of intraocular lens implantation with lens; 3. Exploratory purpose: It is helpful to guide patients to implement targeted ICL design scheme and guide precise surgical scheme.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）屈光度近2年处于基本稳定状态；（2）年龄为 18~45 周岁；（3）角膜水平直径在10.6mm以上，前房深度在2.8mm以上；（4）角膜内皮细胞计数在2000个/mm2 以上；（5）虹膜与瞳孔功能无异常；（6）自身晶体处于透明状态，且形态、位置及眼压均无异常。

Inclusion criteria

(1) The diopter has been basically stable in the past two years; (2) The age is 18-45 years old; (3) The horizontal diameter of cornea is more than 10.6 mm, and the depth of anterior chamber is more than 2.8 mm; (4) The number of corneal endothelial cells is more than 2000/mm2; (5) The function of iris and pupil is normal; (6) The self crystal is in a transparent state, and its shape, position and intraocular pressure are normal.

排除标准：

（1）既往眼外伤史或眼内手术史；（2）合并其他影响视力疾病者：青光眼、视神经病变、黄斑区视网膜前膜、糖尿病性视网膜病变、黄斑变性、玻璃体出血、视网膜脱离、病理性近视等；（3）合并眼部感染性疾病：眼内炎，角结膜炎，泪囊炎等；（4）不能获得清晰影像学资料者，例如严重影响视力评估的白内障患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Previous history of ocular trauma or intraocular surgery; (2) Patients with other diseases affecting vision: glaucoma, optic neuropathy, macular epiretinal membrane, diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, vitreous hemorrhage, retinal detachment, pathological myopia, etc. (3) Combined with ocular infectious diseases: endophthalmitis, keratoconjunctivitis, dacryocystitis, etc. (4) those who cannot obtain clear imaging data, such as cataract patients who seriously affect vision assessment.
