研究目的：

旨在探讨星状神经节阻滞对新冠患者康复的影响，以期帮助新冠患者快速康复，减少后遗症。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the impact of stellate ganglion block on the recovery of COVID-19 , in order to help COVID-19 patients recover quickly and reduce sequelae.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)新冠住院患者；
(2)性别不限；
(3)年龄>18岁；
(4)BMI小于35kg/m^2；
(5)患者或家属签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

(1) COVID-19 patients;
(2) Gender is not limited;
(3) Age> 18 years old;
(4) BMI ＜ 35kg/m^2;
(5) The patient or family members sign the informed consent form

排除标准：

(1)局麻药物过敏（2）凝血功能障碍（3）神经阻滞区域的创伤和局部感染；（4）颈部解剖结构变化；（5）纳入研究前已经插管和机械通气的患者；（6）已知对用于麻醉的任何药物或其任何赋形剂过敏；（7）怀孕或哺乳期妇女（8）不受控制的低血压或危及生命的合并症

Exclusion criteria：

(1) local anesthetic drug allergy (2) coagulation dysfunction (3) trauma and local infection in the area of nerve block; (4) changes in neck anatomy; (5) patients who were intubated and mechanically ventilated before the study; (6) known hypersensitivity to any drug used for anesthesia or any of its excipients; (7) Pregnant or lactating women (8) Uncontrolled hypotension or life-threatening comorbidities
