研究目的：

评估卡通图册教育对患者肠道准备质量的影响，并探讨其可能具备的临床意义。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this randomized controlled trial was to assess the cartoon educational booklet on improving the quality of bowel preparation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

研究纳入的患者来自西南医科大学附属医院消化内镜中心。
① 年龄为18-85岁愿意接受结肠镜检查；
② 未行左半结直肠手术；
③ 有能力签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

Outpatients aged 18-85 years and had not performed left colorectal surgery, provided written informed consent and underwent colonoscopy at the endoscopy center of Affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University.

排除标准：

1.严重的肠腔狭窄或梗阻；
2.妊娠或泌乳期妇女；
3.严重的心功能衰竭（纽约心血管学会分级3或4级）；
4.严重的慢性肾功能衰竭（肌酐清除率<30ml/分钟）；
5.严重的高血压（收缩压＞170mmHg，舒张压大于100mmHg）
6.严重水电解质紊乱；
7.结直肠手术史；
8.吞咽困难；
9.严重的胃肌轻瘫或胃流出道梗阻或闭塞；
10.存在已知的或可能的肠腔梗阻或穿孔；
11.中毒性肠炎或巨结肠；
12.无能力签署知情同意书；
13.血流动力不稳定

Exclusion criteria：

1. severe colonic stricture or obstructing tumor;
2. pregnant or lactating women;
3. severe congestive heart failure (New York Heart Association class III or IV);
4. severe chronic renal failure (creatinine clearance<30 mL/minute); dysphagia;
5. uncontrolled hypertension (systolic blood pressure>170 mm Hg, diastolic blood pressure>100 mm Hg);
6. disturbance of electrolytes;
7. history of left colorectal surgery;
8. significant gastroparesis or gastric outlet obstruction or ileus;
9. compromised swallowing reflex or mental status;
10. known or suspected bowel obstruction or perforation;
11. toxic colitis or megacolon;
12. patients who cannot give informed consent and those who are hemodynamically unstable.
