研究目的：

对比连续无创动脉血压监测相较于传统血压监测的准确性、一致性和临床适用性，对比连续无创动脉血压监测识别围手术期低血压的准确性，评价连续无创动脉血压监测是否使围手术期生命体征更加平稳  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the accuracy, consistency and clinical applicability of continuous non-invasive arterial pressure monitoring compared with traditional blood pressure monitoring, compare the accuracy of continuous non-invasive arterial pressure monitoring to identify perioperative hypotension, and evaluate whether continuous non-invasive arterial pressure monitoring makes perioperative vital signs more stable

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）年龄超过65岁；
2）诊断为胆石病相关疾病，如胆囊或胆总管结石；
3）于我院行腹腔镜胆囊切除术；
4）签署临床试验知情同意书；
5）采用气管插管全身麻醉；
6）ASA分级为II-III级；
7）双上肢可耐受连续无创血压监测；

Inclusion criteria

1) Aged over 65 years old;
2) Diagnosed with cholelithiasis-related diseases, such as gallbladder or common bile duct stones;
3) Laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital;
4) Sign the informed consent for the clinical trial;
5) General anesthesia with endotracheal intubation;
6) ASA classification is II-III;
7) Both upper limbs can tolerate continuous non-invasive blood pressure monitoring;

排除标准：

1）对本研究相关药物有过敏史；
2）患有心、肺、血液、肝肾等严重系统疾病；
3）患有动脉硬化、外周血管等疾病影响血压测量；

Exclusion criteria：

1) Have a history of allergies to the relevant drugs in this study;
2) Suffering from serious systemic diseases such as heart, lung, blood, liver and kidney;
3) Patients with arteriosclerosis, peripheral blood vessels and other diseases affect blood pressure measurement;
