研究目的：

通过采集宫颈拭子样本进行宏基因组二代测序，分析宫颈微环境菌群组成及其在宫颈疾病发生发展中的潜在作用，探索宫颈微生物组在宫颈癌及癌前病变中的诊疗价值，从而为建立微生态导向的宫颈癌防治策略提供客观依据。  

Objectives of Study：

By collecting cervical swab samples for macrogenomic second-generation sequencing, we analyzed the composition of the cervical microenvironmental flora and its potential role in the development of cervical disease, explored the diagnostic value of the cervical microbiome in cervical cancer and precancerous lesions, and thus provided an objective basis for the establishment of microecology-oriented cervical cancer prevention and treatment strategies.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）年龄≥18岁，绝经期前；
2）有疑似宫颈炎、宫颈糜烂、宫颈息肉、宫颈上皮内瘤变、宫颈癌等宫颈疾病或健康体检者；
3）因常规诊疗需要接受宫颈细胞学检查和HPV筛查者；
4）获得知情同意者。

Inclusion criteria

1) Age ≥ 18 years, pre-menopausal.
2) those with suspected cervicitis, cervical erosion, cervical polyps, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, cervical cancer and other cervical diseases or health check-ups
3) Those who need to undergo cervical cytology and HPV screening for routine medical treatment.
4) Those who obtained informed consent.

排除标准：

1）样本采量不足、记录混淆或已受污染无法使用者；
2）既往有除宫颈癌以外的其他肿瘤病史；
3）近两周内曾接受免疫抑制治疗或抗感染治疗者；
4）妊娠状态或产后 8 周内；
5）本次入组前曾有过子宫次/全切除史或宫颈损伤治疗史。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Insufficient sample collection, confused records or have been contaminated beyond the user.
2) a previous history of neoplasm other than cervical cancer
3) those who have received immunosuppressive therapy or anti-infective treatment within the last two weeks
4) in the state of pregnancy or within 8 weeks after delivery
5) History of sub/total hysterectomy or treatment of cervical injury prior to enrollment.
