明确在健康人群中白发与黑发毛囊基因的表达差异。  

Objectives of Study：

To identify differences in the expression of hair follicle genes between white and black hair in healthy people.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1. 存在黑发转白发的困扰；2. 18-30岁；3.无其他基础疾病；3.自愿签署知情同意书参加并能遵守研究方案规定的流程；

Inclusion criteria

1. Black hair turns to white hair; 2. Ages 18-30; 3. No other underlying diseases; 3. Voluntarily sign informed consent to participate in and comply with the procedures stipulated in the research program;

排除标准：

1. 有基础疾病；2. 三月内进行染发、烫发等操作；3. 三个月内采用其他防脱发和生发治疗方案者，包括但不限于使用其他品牌激光治疗者、使用梅花针者、服用非那雄胺片者、PRP治疗者和外用米诺地尔者；4. 有其他传染类皮肤病、头皮癌症以及自身免疫性疾病患者；5. 处于妊娠或哺乳期；6. 有严重的躯体或精神疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have underlying diseases; 2. Dyeing and perming hair within three months; 3. Patients who have taken other anti-hair loss and hair growth treatments within three months, including but not limited to those who have taken other brands of laser therapy, plum needle, finasteride tablets, PRP treatment and topical minoxidil; 4. Patients with other infectious skin diseases, scalp cancers and autoimmune diseases; 5. During pregnancy or lactation; 6. Have a serious physical or mental illness.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

在仔细核查知情同意与入选/排除标准检查后采集瘢痕疙瘩患者及健康人得相应部位皮肤组织以及血液，并建立数据采集表（登记志愿者基本信息、样本采集情况与日期）。后续所有数据获取后，在经过初步核查后登记至数据采集表。在所有数据采集完毕后，由组中其他成员对所有数据的完整性检查、逻辑一致性检查、离群数据检查、时间窗检查、不良事件检查再次检查并登记至数据采集表。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

After carefully checking informed consent and inclusion/exclusion criteria, skin tissues and blood from the corresponding parts of keloid patients and healthy people were collected, and a data collection table (basic information of registered volunteers, sample collection situation and date) was established. All subsequent data acquisition shall be registered in the data acquisition table after preliminary verification. After all data collection is completed, the integrity check, logical consistency check, outlier data check, time window check and adverse event check of all data are checked again by other team members and registered in the data collection table.
