回顾性分析伴RARG重排AML病例的临床生物学、转录组、基因组特征，归纳其对各种治疗方案反应及预后等，并探索可能的治疗药物及机制等。  

Objectives of Study：

To retrospectively analyze the clinico-biological features, transcriptomic and genomic landscape, treatment strategies, and outcomes of AML patients with RARG-rearrangement.

纳入标准：

1. 经WHO分型确诊初治AML患者；
2. 白血病融合基因检测到伴RARG重排。

Inclusion criteria

1. Newly diagnosed AML patients by WHO classification;
2. Leukemia fusion gene detected with RARG rearrangement.

排除标准：

AML患者不伴RARG重排

Exclusion criteria：

AML patients without RARG rearrangements.
