研究目的：

了解宫颈高危型HPV感染女性患者阴道及宫颈菌群的情况及宫颈鳞状上皮天然免疫状态。  

Objectives of Study：

This topic will focus on the lower genital microenvironment of hrHPV infected women, analyze their vaginal and cervical microbiota, understand innate immune status of cervical squamous epithelium.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① 年龄≥18岁，未绝经，有性生活者；
② 知情同意可配合研究；
③ 高危HPV感染。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged >=18 years, not menopause, have sexual life;
2. Informed consent;
3. High-risk HPV infection.

排除标准：

① 妊娠期、哺乳期和月经期；
② 使用激素类药物避孕或激素替代治疗者；
③ 7天内应用抗生素，3天内性生活或阴道冲洗。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnancy, lactation or menstruation period;
2. Long time use of glucocorticoids or immunosuppressants;
3. Use antibiotics within 7 days, have sexual life or vaginal douching within 3 days.
