研究目的：

1. 主要目的：探究ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸对胃癌术后患者早期临床结局、营养指标、免疫功能及炎性反应的影响。 2. 次要目的：研究胃癌患者手术前后营养状况、免疫功能及炎性指标的变化。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Primary objective: to investigate the effect of-3 unsaturated fat on early clinical outcome, nutritional index, immune function and inflammatory response in patients with gastric cancer after operation. 2. Secondary objective: to study the changes of nutritional status, immune function and inflammatory index in patients with gastric cancer before and after operation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄18~85岁；
②病理明确诊断为胃癌患者；
③无肝、肺、骨等远处转移；
④择期行根治性手术；
⑤未合并其他代谢性疾病；
⑥对本研究知情同意并自愿参与。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18 to 85 years old;
2. Pathological Diagnosis of gastric cancer;
3. no distant metastasis of liver, lung and bone;
4. elective radical operation;
5. no other Metabolic Diseases;
6. informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

排除标准：

①伴严重心脑血管疾病、肝肾功能异常、免疫系统疾病、重度感染、严重创伤等应激；
②有精神或心理障碍；
③妊娠或哺乳期女性；
④对鱼或者鸡蛋蛋白过敏的患者；
⑤术前行营养治疗者；
⑥术中发现多处转移行姑息手术者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. with severe cerebrovascular disease, liver and kidney dysfunction, immune system disease, severe infection, severe trauma and other stress;
2. with mental or Psychological Disorders;
3. pregnant or lactating women;
4. allergic to fish or egg protein;
5. Preoperative nutritional therapy and palliative surgery were performed in patients with multiple metastases.
