研究目的：

本研究拟在探讨不同剂量丙泊酚对地塞米松磷酸钠引起会阴部瘙痒的抑制作用，为找到丙泊酚抑制地塞米松磷酸钠所致瘙痒作用的最佳剂量以求更好的应用于临床提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to explore the inhibitory effect of different doses of propofol on perineal pruritus caused by dexamethasone sodium phosphate, in order to find the best dose of propofol to inhibit pruritus caused by dexamethasone sodium phosphate for better application Provide theoretical basis for clinical practice.

纳入标准：

年龄18～65周岁
ASA分级I～II级
体重指数（BMI）18～30kg/m2

Inclusion criteria

Age 18-65 years old
ASA classification I-II grade
Body mass index (BMI) 18-30kg/m2

排除标准：

感觉异常或患有瘙痒症患者
药物和酒精滥用
有脂类药物过敏和使用禁忌；皮质类固醇类药物慎用患者
高脂血症
妊娠、哺乳期患者
精神疾病，交流障碍
长期使用激素的患者

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with paresthesia or pruritus
Drug and alcohol abuse
Allergies to lipid drugs and contraindications; corticosteroids are cautious Patients
Hyperlipidemia
Patients during pregnancy and lactation
Mental diseases, communication disorders
Patients who use hormones for a long time
