研究目的：

1. 主要目的： 与既往术前准备方案相比，评价巨大 Graves 病优化术前准备方案的有效性、围手术期的安全性。 2. 次要目的： 根据术前准备方案对于巨大 Graves 病患者的实际临床效果，提出个体化方案的最优剂量和用药时长，使其标准化便于推广应用。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main purpose: Compared with the previous preoperative preparation plan, evaluate the effectiveness and hand circumference of the optimized preoperative preparation plan for giant Graves disease Safety during operation. 2. Secondary purpose: According to the actual clinical effect of the preoperative preparation plan for patients with giant Graves disease, the best way to put forward the individualized plan is The optimal dosage and duration of medication make it standardized and convenient for popularization and application.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①70 岁≥年龄≥18 岁；
② 临床确诊的 GD 患者，甲状腺体积过大（体积＞70ml）,产生严重的颈部压迫症状；
③ 甲状腺功能亢进，激素水平异常；甲状腺外表现严重；
④ ATD 疗效欠佳、不适宜 131I、自愿选择手术治疗的 GD 患者；
⑤ 依从性好，诊疗期间定期随访，遵循临床医生指导合理调节药物剂量；
⑥ 已签署相关知情同意书。
符合以上每项标准者纳入研究

Inclusion criteria

① 70 years old ≥ 18 years old;
② In patients with clinically confirmed GD, the thyroid volume is too large (volume>70ml), resulting in severe neck compression symptoms;
③ Hyperthyroidism and abnormal hormone level; Extrathyroid manifestations were serious;
④ GD patients with poor ATD efficacy, inappropriate 131I, and voluntary surgical treatment;
⑤ Good compliance, regular follow-up during diagnosis and treatment, and reasonable adjustment of drug dose according to the guidance of clinicians;
⑥ Relevant informed consent has been signed.
Those who meet each of the above criteria are included in the study

排除标准：

①患有其他系统自身免疫疾病
②过去三个月内使用过影响免疫功能的药物，如糖皮质激素等
③妊娠状态
④过去接受过放射性碘治疗
⑤对准备方案涉及药物禁忌症或曾出现严重药物不良反应史
⑥参加其他试验的个体不建议参加本研究
符合以上任一项标准者，均不纳入研究

Exclusion criteria：

① Suffer from other autoimmune diseases
② Drugs that affect immune function, such as glucocorticoids, have been used in the past three months
③ Pregnancy status
④ I have been treated with radioactive iodine in the past
⑤ The preparation plan involves drug contraindications or has a history of serious adverse drug reactions
⑥ Individuals participating in other trials are not recommended to participate in this study
Those who meet any of the above criteria will not be included in the study
