研究目的：

通过超声引导长轴联合短轴平面外动脉置管，提高患者动脉穿刺成功率，进而提高医疗质量及患者满意度。  

Objectives of Study：

Ultrasound-guided long axis joint short axis out-of-plane artery catheter may improve patients with arterial puncture success rate, and improve medical quality and patients satisfaction.

纳入标准：

Allen 试验阴性，ASA分级I-II级，性别不限，年龄30～60，体重45kg～80kg

Inclusion criteria

Allen's test negative, ASA grade I - II, either sex, age from 30 to 60 years, weight from 45 to 80 kg

排除标准：

低血压休克，年龄大于60岁

Exclusion criteria：

hypotension,shock and age more than 60 years.
