研究目的：

探究中国传统运动疗法对脑卒中患者的步态、平衡功能、认知功能及相关生活质量的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effects of Chinese traditional exercise therapy on cognitive function of gait balance and related quality of life in stroke patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.首次诊断脑卒中或发病后3个月；
2.首发脑卒中或卒中复发；
3.能够站立超过15分钟；
4.能够在没有帮助情况下采取前后和横向移动而不摔倒；
5.有足够的认知功能来执行任务，简略心理测试 (AMT) 分数 ≥7。

Inclusion criteria

1. 3 months after the first diagnosis of stroke or onset;
2. First stroke or recurrent stroke;
3. Can stand for more than 15 minutes;
4. Able to move forward, backward and sideways without falling without help;
5. Have sufficient cognitive function to perform the task, AMT >=7.

排除标准：

1.生命体征不稳定；
2.卒中以外的其他神经功能障碍的病史或证据，例如多发性硬化症、老年痴呆症；
3.心血管系统、肝脏、肾脏或造血系统的严重原发性疾病；
4.练习八段锦的经历。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Unstable vital signs;
2. History or evidence of neurological disorders other than stroke, such as multiple sclerosis and Alzheimer's disease;
3. Serious primary diseases of the cardiovascular system, liver, kidney or hematopoietic system;
4. The experience of practicing baduanjin.
