研究目的：

探寻RFA热效应对肿瘤组织不同基因活化特征，对比不完全消融前后HCC组织中蛋白和转录组学的差异。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the activation characteristics of different genes in tumor tissues by RFA thermal effect, and to compare the differences of proteomics and transcriptomics before and after incompletely ablated HCC tissues.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.术前临床诊断为通过治疗可能获得局部根治性疗效的肝细胞癌患者；
2.18-80岁；
3.意识清楚并且合作；
4.体能ECOG评分 0–3分；
5.肝功能为A级或B级；
6.预计生存期超过3月；
7.单个病灶≤5.0cm。

Inclusion criteria

1. Preoperative clinical diagnosis was patients with hepatocellular carcinoma who could obtain local radical curative effect through treatment;
2. Aged 18 to 80 years;
3. Clear consciousness and cooperation;
4. An Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status score of 0 to 3;
5. Liver function is grade A or B;
6. Expected survival more than 3 months;
7. Single tumor and tumor size =< 5.0 cm.

排除标准：

1.弥漫性或巨型癌灶；
2.有脉管或其他器官受侵；
3.难治性腹水，恶质液；
4.严重凝血功能异常；
5.近期消化道出血史；
6.重要器官衰竭；
7.合并严重精神疾病及严重心肺肾等疾病；
8.怀孕期或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Diffuse or large carcinomas;
2. There are vessels or other organs invaded;
3. Refractory ascites, bad fluid;
4. Severe coagulation dysfunction;
5. Recent history of gastrointestinal bleeding;
6. Failure of vital organs
7. Severe mental illness, severe heart, lungs and kidneys disease, etc;
8. Pregnant or lactating women.
