研究目的：

在前期研究的基础上，本研究运用保护动机理论，开发增强电子烟危害认知和拒绝使用能力的核心信息库（研究内容一）；并开展随机对照实验（研究内容二），将基于保护动机理论要素设计的同伴教育干预方案与单纯提供电子烟危害信息的同伴教育干预方案进行横向对比和纵向观察，结合成熟公认的数据分析方法，提出适用于中国人群、更易为青年群体所接受的电子烟拒烟意愿提升干预方案。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to assess the efficiency of behaviour change theory-based peer education in strengthening the willingness of university students to refuse e-cigarette use. First, we develop intervention messages of e-cigarette use according to protection motivation theory (PMT). Second, we conducted a single-blind randomized controlled trial to compare the efficacy of PMT-based peer interventions with peer interventions that provide information on only the health risks and negative consequences of e-cigarette use.

纳入标准：

同时符合以下标准者，方可纳入本次研究：①18-24岁全日制在校大学生；②从未使用过任何烟草制品和电子烟；③愿意参与本次研究，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Full-time university students aged 18-24 are eligible for inclusion if they are nonsmokers.

排除标准：

符合以下任一标准者，排除本次研究：①现在吸烟者，包括每日吸烟者或偶尔吸烟者；②患有精神类疾病；③经研究者判断处于其他无法达到研究要求的疾病或状态。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria include having received a diagnosis of any serious or mental disease that prevented them from completing the study.

干预组学生将接受基于保护动机理论要素设计的健康教育方案进行干预，干预信息涉及疾病严重性、易感性、内部回报、外部回报、反应代价、自我效能、和反应效能等7个层面，干预内容以研究开发的信息库为准，每周1次5-10分钟的简短干预，通过面对面或电话访谈形式进行，持续四周。第一周干预将着重提升疾病严重性和易感性认知，第二周将重点降低电子烟使用回报感知，第三周将重点增强拒绝电子烟使用的自我效能和反应效能，第四周将重点降低拒绝电子烟使用的反应代价感知。

本次研究采用简单随机的方法，具体如下： 首先，将带有随机分配方案标识的字条放入不透光、密封的10个信封，每个信封共计产生干预组和对照组研究对象各15人。为保证随机隐匿，产生和保存随机分配方案的人与确定入选研究对象的研究人员为不同的人。 之后，符合纳入标准的研究对象，在知情同意后进入试验时，研究人员随机从信封中抽取分组，按照信封中的组别，将研究对象分配到相应的组别。 每完成一次分组，带有分配方案的字条将不再放回至信封中。确保按1：1的比例将300例研究对象随机分为干预组与对照组。
