研究目的：

本研究旨在探究巨噬细胞极化与慢性硬膜下血肿患者分隔形成及术后复发的关系，以期能早期预估慢性硬膜下血肿术后复发风险，指导医师制定相应的防治措施，对于改善患者预后，降低术后复发率具有重要意义。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between macrophage polarization and septation formation and postoperative recurrence in patients with chronic subdural hematoma, in order to predict the risk of postoperative recurrence of chronic subdural hematoma early, and guide physicians to formulate corresponding preventive measures. It is of great significance to improve the prognosis of patients and reduce the recurrence rate after surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄大于50岁
结合病史、临床症状、影像学检查（CT或MRI），CSDH诊断明确。
硬通道钻孔引流术作为手术干预措施。
患者接受检查及治疗，依从性良好。
签署知情同意书。
出院后随访3个月以上。

Inclusion criteria

Over 50 years old
Combining medical history, clinical symptoms, and imaging examinations (CT or MRI), the diagnosis of CSDH is clear.
Hard channel drilling and drainage as a surgical intervention.
The patient received examination and treatment, and the compliance was good.
Sign the informed consent form.
Follow-up for more than 3 months after discharge.

排除标准：

发病前或治疗过程中服用任何抗凝药物。
颅内血管病变（动脉瘤、脑血管畸形等）导致的硬膜下血肿。
复发性慢性硬膜下血肿。
存在其他重要脏器严重疾病者。
行开颅手术治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

Take any anticoagulant medication before or during treatment.
Subdural hematoma caused by intracranial vascular disease (aneurysm, cerebral vascular malformation, etc.).
Recurrent chronic subdural hematoma.
Those with serious diseases of other important organs.
Patients undergoing craniotomy.
