研究目的：

1、基于多中心临床诊断试验，进一步明确血清MMP-7及超声在不同人群中诊断胆道闭锁的价值； 2、基于前瞻性临床诊断试验，探索建立基于血清标志物MMP-7联合超声典型征象的诊断模型，并临床推广应用。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Based on multi-center clinical diagnostic tests, further clarify the value of serum MMP-7 and ultrasound in the diagnosis of biliary atresia in different populations; 2. Based on prospective clinical diagnostic tests, explore the establishment of a diagnostic model based on the serum marker MMP-7 combined with typical ultrasound signs, and promote clinical application.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄：≤150天，性别不限；
2.胆汁淤积性诊断标准：血清总胆红素＜85umol/L，但血清直接胆红素≥17umol/L；或者血清总胆红素≥85umol/L，但直接胆红素占总胆红素的20%以上；
3.孕周≥28周，出生体重≥1000g；
4.签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged <=150 days, gender is not limited;
2. Cholestatic diagnostic criteria: serum total bilirubin <85umol/L, but serum direct bilirubin >=17umol/L; or serum total bilirubin >=85umol/L, but direct bilirubin accounts for more than 20% of total bilirubin;
3. Gestational age >= 28 weeks, birth weight >= 1000g;
4. Sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.出生时有严重缺氧史，5分钟Apgar评分＜5分；
2.根据临床表现、实验室检查等，确诊有过敏性疾病，炎症性肠病，感染性疾病；
3.并其他严重的先天畸形及免疫缺陷；
4.无法在金标准诊断前，完成取样；
5.放弃进一步诊治，无法获得明确诊断。

Exclusion criteria：

1. There was a history of severe hypoxia at birth, and the 5-minute Apgar score was less than 5;
2. According to clinical manifestations, laboratory tests, etc., diagnosed with allergic diseases, inflammatory bowel diseases, and infectious diseases;
3. Other serious congenital malformations and immunodeficiencies;
4. It is impossible to complete the sampling before the gold standard diagnosis;
5. Give up further diagnosis and treatment, unable to obtain a definite diagnosis.
