研究目的：

回顾性分析与玻璃体视网膜手术相关的脉络膜上腔出血患者的危险因素、发病率、治疗、预后等，旨在为与玻璃体视网膜手术相关的脉络膜上腔出血的围手术期管理和治疗提供依据与参考。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to report the characteristics and outcomes of a series of suprachoroidal haemorrhage associated with 23-gauge vitrectomy surgery including both vitrectomized eyes and eyes without previous vitrectomy history, so as to provide evidence and reference for clinicians in prevention and perioperative management of suprachoroidal haemorrhage.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.入住我院接受玻璃体视网膜手术患者；
2.患者术中记录发现脉络膜隆起或术后眼部检查证实脉络膜上腔出血；
3.至少3个月的随访记录。

Inclusion criteria

1. The patients were treated in Zhongda Hospital, Southeast University for pars plana vitrectomy;
2. The intraoperative choroidal bulge or postoperative eye examination suggesting SCH;
3. At least 3 months of follow-up.

排除标准：

1.患眼术前眼科检查发现脉络膜上腔出血；
2.患眼外伤史；
3.患者临床资料不全。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Preoperative suprachoroidal haemorrhage;
2. History of ocular trauma;
3. Incomplete clinical data.
