研究目的：

本研究的目的在于探究碳酸氢钠林格液预负荷对产妇酸碱状态的影响以及对新生儿的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to explore the influence of sodium bicarbonate Ringer's solution preload on the acid-base status of the parturient and the influence on the newborn.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.单胎;
2.足月妊娠;
3.产妇年龄20-40周岁;
4.择期行剖宫产术.

Inclusion criteria

1. Single pregnancy;
2. Full-term pregnancy;
3. Maternal aged 20 to 40 years old;
4. Elective cesarean section.

排除标准：

1.有椎管内麻醉禁忌症;
2.多胎妊娠，病理妊娠，如胎儿窘迫，早产或过期妊娠;
3.有妊娠合并疾病，如妊娠高血压综合症，糖尿病，贫血，心脏病等;
4.对麻醉用药及术中用药过敏者;
5.胎盘置入，凶险前置胎盘，三次以上剖宫产等预计手术出血超过800ml等.

Exclusion criteria：

1. Contraindications for intraspinal anesthesia;
2. Multiple pregnancy, pathological pregnancy, such as fetal distress, premature or prolonged pregnancy;
3. Complicated pregnancy diseases, such as pregnancy-induced hypertension, diabetes, anemia, heart disease Etc.;
4. Those who are allergic to anesthesia medications and intraoperative medications;
5. Placenta implantation, dangerous placenta previa, more than three cesarean sections, etc. The expected surgical bleeding exceeds 800 ml, etc.
