研究目的：

本研究的目的是证实OSA导致外周血EPCs数量下降、功能受损，抑制受损血管内皮修复，促进PCI后血管再狭窄  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to confirm that OSA leads to a decrease in the number and function of peripheral blood EPCs, inhibits endothelial repair of damaged vessels, and promotes restenosis after PCI.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）当时医疗资源及人力可及；
（2）生命体征平稳，可完成睡眠监测；
（3）接受左主干-前降支近段-中段干预的非急性心肌梗死患者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Medical resources and labor are available at time
(2) vital signs are stable and sleep test can be completed
(3) non-acute myocardial infarction patients completed PCI on LM and LAD.

排除标准：

(1)心绞痛症状不稳定；
(2)各种原因导致入睡困难；
(3)肿瘤、心衰、慢阻肺晚期，预测生存期有限；
(4)显著的精神-神经状态异常；
(5)感染状态；
(6)既往诊断OSA且目前正在使用CPAP治疗；
(7)糖尿病患者；
(8)正在吸烟；
(9)夜间吸氧。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) unstable angina even after PCI
(2) difficulties in falling asleep due to varying causes
(3) advanced tumor, heart failure, and COPD with limited life expectancy
(4) significant mental-neurological abnormalities
(5) infection state
(6) previous OSA diagnosis and present CPAP treatment
(7) diabetic mellitus
(8) current smoker
(9) oxygen supplementation during night time
