研究目的：

探讨脐带血单个核细胞是否对薄型子宫内膜中有修复作用，并分析其对子宫内膜容受性的影响，以期为该类患者提供一种新的有效的治疗方式。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore whether umbilical cord blood mononuclear cells have a repairing effect on thin endometrium, and analyze its effect on endometrial receptivity, in order to provide a new and effective treatment for such patient.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1)年龄<45岁；
2)排卵期阴道超声提示子宫内膜≤0.7cm；
3)宫腔粘连；
4)因薄型子宫内膜导致的继发性不孕患者、冻胚移植周期取消患者、反复胚胎移植失败患者；
患者签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1) Age < 45 years old; 2) Endometrial ≤ 0.7cm indicated by vaginal ultrasound during ovulation; 3) Intrauterine adhesions; 4) Secondary infertility due to thin endometrium, patients with frozen embryo transfer cycle cancellation, Patients with repeated embryo transfer failures; patients signed informed consent.

排除标准：

1)各种严重的慢性系统性疾病；
2)肝肾功能障碍；
3)染色体异常患者；
4)先天性子宫畸形；
5)严重子宫腺肌症；
6)存在妊娠禁忌症；
7)动静脉血栓疾病史；
8)激素依赖性恶性肿瘤病史；
9)盆腔放疗病史患者；
10)不能配合研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Various serious chronic systemic diseases; 2) Liver and kidney dysfunction; 3) Patients with chromosomal abnormalities; 4) Congenital uterine malformation; 5) Severe adenomyosis; 6) Pregnancy contraindications; 7) Arteriovenous History of thrombosis; 8) History of hormone-dependent malignant tumors; 9) Patients with history of pelvic radiotherapy; 10) Patients who cannot cooperate with the study.
