研究目的：

通过应用骨盆智能监视系统辅助闭合复位系统治疗复杂骨盆骨折，明确智能监控系统在提高骨盆严重移位骨折复位精确性、减少术中透视方面的优势，建立手术操作和术后治疗规范，形成完整的复杂骨盆骨折的治疗方案和理论体系，从而解决目前严重移位骨盆骨折微创治疗以及快速康复治疗等重大问题。  

Objectives of Study：

By applying the pelvic intelligent monitoring system to assist the closed reduction system in the treatment of complex pelvic fractures, to clarify the advantages of the intelligent monitoring system in improving the reduction accuracy of severely displaced pelvic fractures and reducing intraoperative fluoroscopy, establish surgical operation and postoperative treatment specifications, and form a complete treatment plan and theoretical system for complex pelvic fractures, so as to solve major problems such as minimally invasive treatment and rapid rehabilitation of severely displaced pelvic fractures.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18岁以上；
2.骨盆根据Tile分型均为C1型骨折，单侧后环有垂直向移位；
3.生命体征平稳。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged over 18 years;
2. According to Tile classification, all pelvis fractures are C1 type fractures, and the unilateral posterior ring has vertical displacement;
3. The vital signs are stable.

排除标准：

1.合并严重心脑血管、肝、肾和造血系统严重疾病及精神病；
2.严重骨质疏松。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system diseases and mental illness;
2. Severe osteoporosis.
