研究目的：

作者的目的是评价当在外固定装置周围使用负压伤口治疗时应用这种夹心巧克力技术与仅使用骨蜡来减少空气泄漏事件的发生率和数量以及在使用NPWT手术后修复空气泄漏所花费的总时间的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

The authors aimed to evaluate the effects of applying this Filled Chocolates Technique technique in comparison to those using bone wax only for reducing the rate and number of air leakage events and the total time taken to repair leak after the surgery of using NPWT around external fixation devices.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

四肢开放性骨折合并软组织缺损；不合并肢体主要动脉损伤，没有截肢风险；只有一组（两枚）外固定钉干扰密封。

Inclusion criteria

Patients presenting with an open fractures of limbs combined with soft tissue defects without major arterial damaged in the limb and each patient had only two external fixation screws interfering with the seal of negative pressure wound therapy were considered for inclusion.

排除标准：

合并其他脏器的疾病或者系统疾病而无法耐受手术；精神类疾病无法签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria included mental conditions that could interfere with the ability to provide informed consent or to fulfill the study requirements and medical contraindications to surgery.
