研究目的：

本项研究，立足于国外对SWI危险因素的研究进展，拟通过纳入合理的变量，发现国内开胸术后患者并发SWI的危险因素，完善围手术期管理，从而降低胸骨正中切开后伤口感染的发病率，缩短患者住院周期，降低医疗花费，降低死亡率。推测开胸术后SWI的发病时间  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the research progress of risk factors of SWI, this study aims to find the risk factors of SWI in domestic patients after sternotomy by including reasonable variables, improve perioperative management, so as to reduce the incidence of wound infection after median sternotomy, shorten the hospitalization period of patients, lower medical costs and predict the onset time of SWI after surgery.

纳入标准：

1、年龄大于18岁。2、经过胸骨正中劈开入路行开胸心脏手术的患者。3、自2011年1月至2021年1月期间就诊我院的患者。4、诊断为胸部切口感染

Inclusion criteria

1. Over 18 years old. 2. Patients undergoing open-heart surgery through sternotomy. 3. Patients who visited our hospital from January 2011 to December 2021.

排除标准：

1、患有免疫疾病的患者。2、行先天性心脏手术的患者。3、病史资料不全患者。4、年龄小于18岁的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with immune diseases. 2. Patients undergoing congenital heart surgery. (3) Patients with incomplete medical history; (4)Patients younger than 18 years old

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

两位作者分别填写录入CRF，每个采集的信息单独记录，由第三位研究者校正，最终CRF由数据管理员审核，进行数据录入与数据管理工作。数据录入与管理由第一作者负责。数据管理员采用Excel软件录入。
