研究目的：

1.建立一套优化的“泌尿系统结石中西医结合防治方案”，包括诊断标准、中医分型标准、治疗方案、术后康复、预防方案、及疗效评价体系。 2. 完成“泌尿系统结石中西医结合防治方案”的临床疗效评价。 3. 建立中西医结合防治泌尿系统结石的临床路径。 4.形成一套安全、有效、合理，在疗效、疗程、不良反应、卫生经济学指标等方面优于常规方案的具有中西医结合特色的泌尿系统结石防治方案。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Establish an optimized "integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine prevention and treatment program for urinary calculi", including diagnostic criteria, classification criteria of traditional Chinese medicine, treatment program, postoperative rehabilitation, prevention program, and efficacy evaluation system; 2. Completed the clinical efficacy evaluation of "prevention and treatment program of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for urinary calculi"; 3. Establish the clinical pathway of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for prevention and treatment of urinary tract stones; 4. To form a set of safe, effective, reasonable, in the curative effect, course of treatment, adverse reactions, health economic indicators and other aspects of the integration of traditional and western medicine characteristics of the urinary system stone prevention program.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）18周岁≦年龄≦74周岁，性别不限；
（2）符合西医诊断“泌尿系统结石”；
（3） 符合中医证型诊断“下焦湿热证”；
（4） 肾、输尿管连接部，或结石远端输尿管无畸形、狭窄、梗阻及术后粘连等；
（5） 患侧肾功能良好，肾积水程度在中度以下；
（6） 全身一般情况良好，既往无肝肾功能异常，生活能自理。
（7） 理解、同意参加本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18 to 74 years old;
2. Meet the conventional standard of diagnosis of urinary tract stones;
3. Meet the TCM syndrome standard of diagnosis of lower coke dampness and heat syndrome;
4. the connection between kidney and ureter, or the ureter at the distal end of calculi without deformity, stenosis, obstruction and postoperative adhesion;
5. the renal function of the affected side was good, and the degree of hydronephrosis was below moderate;
6. the general condition of the whole body is good, with no abnormal liver and kidney functions in the past, and the body can take care of itself;
7. understand and agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

（1） 尿路感染并发全身症状，体温高于38℃诊断肾盂肾炎者；
（2） 复杂性尿路感染，因尿路解剖畸形、结石等尿路梗阻、留置导尿管、糖尿病, 免疫功能损害等原因而发生的尿路感染；
（3） 合并有心血管、肝、肾和造血系统等严重原发疾病等；
（4） 3个月前参加过或者正在参加其他临床试验者；
（5） 研究者评估认为不适合参加本研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. urinary tract infection complicated with systemic symptoms, and the temperature was higher than 38℃ to diagnose pyelonephritis;
2. complicated urinary tract infection, which occurs due to anatomical deformations of the urinary tract, urinary obstruction such as stones, indwailing catheters, diabetes, immune function impairment and other reasons;
3. complicated with cardiovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and other serious primary diseases;
4. those who have participated in or are participating in other clinical trials 3 months ago;
5. the researcher considers it inappropriate to participate in the study.
