研究目的: |
1.基于本项目组中国团队率先研发的新冠病毒蛋白质组学多肽芯片,建立大规模血液抗体检测技术标准,在不同国家开展新冠肺炎和疫苗接种人群血液抗体的大规模检测;2.从氨基酸水平揭示出不同地区、不同新冠流行毒株、不同人群感染新冠病毒和接种疫苗后体液免疫反应的时空变化规律,通过蛋白质组学方法全面解析不同变异毒株感染人群的体液免疫抗体滴度和抗体表位分布变化规律,为鉴定新型标志物、广谱中和抗体和疫苗靶点提供重要的实验依据;3.基于本项目组中国团队的检测试剂研发平台和发现的新型标志物分子开发出免疫评估等检测方法和试剂。 |

Objectives of Study: |
1.Base on the SARS-CoV-2 proteome microarray developed by the Chinese team of our project team, to establish a technical standard for large-scale blood antibody detection; 2. To reveal the temporal and spatial variation of humoral immunity after SARS-CoV-2 infection and vaccination in different regions, different epidemic strains, and different populations at the amino acid level; To explore the changes of humoral immunity antibody titer and antibody epitope distribution in people infected with different mutant strains, which provide important experimental basis for identifying new markers, broad-spectrum neutralizing antibodies and vaccine targets; 3. Base on the detection reagent development platform of the Chinese team of this project team and the discovery of new marker molecules, to develope immune assessment related detection methods and reagents. |
